OPEN LETTER TO THE MAYOR OF BARCELONA JORDI HEREU
Mr Jordi Hereu:
On Tuesday April 26, 2011 Patricia Heras committed suicide, one of the prisoners by the case of Sant Pere Mes Baix.

On February 4, 2006 there was a mega-party at a house occupied, owned by the City, and had been sealed. The neighbors complaining about noise and set the presence at the scene of four municipal police. At about 6.30 am that morning, there was a confrontation, which, unfortunately, remained in a vegetative state police. Seven people were arrested at the scene. Three that were in the street and four who left the party. Later, he stopped
Patricia and a friend in a hospital.
