Some episodes occurred Brazil em seem, indeed, taken from the Theatre of the Absurd.
fazendeiro Um um minister publicly declared that (he had achieved um decree punishing environmental protection that affected the interests of that fazendeiro) was um viado "and that" if you came for the beaches (those of fazendeiro) as the em estupraria public thoroughfare "(sic).
The minister replied that the threat was very important fact because um "Would locate an alleged rapist in the town of fazendeiro" (sic).
The Minister referred to react to the appalling lack of respect (not what the "viado") but for the injury, for slander, etc serious threat. English style is admirable, but absolutely unacceptable. That good-humored response may even be a lesson of tolerance and civility to the Brazilian people, but it is a kind of complicity with a blatant lack of consideration of constitutionally elected hierarchies. Moreover it is easy to imagine what that fazendeiro ago with members of MST when the catch.
I am not here proposing that the Minister pay a jagunco to rape the fazendeiro, that would be very unsightly and face the danger that you like fazendeiro. That would give not only "the other cheek", but to punish sin with pleasure. Meanwhile
architectural politicians suspected of embezzlement, smuggling, fraud to the Treasury, misrepresentation, crew training, etc. bravely and publicly respond to these allegations and continue so through its counsel in such long process that usually end with the peaceful and successful death of the accused.

is not yet a nation but a carefully integrated board scraps and "Groton" autocratic against which neither the Central Government nor the local people have the least influence.
